There is a 2 night minimum stay.

Guest who books the reservation must be at least 25 years old, and present during stay.

7% County Lodging Tax

$50 per pet

Cleaning fee $150

$200 hold on credit card for security deposit

Payments

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due 2 weeks before your stay.

Reservations within 2 weeks of stay will be charged the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 60 days before your arrival date will be accepted, less a $40 administrative fee.

Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded.
